Returns

Unused - You may return unused product anytime for full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Used - If you are dissatisfied with Tree I-V, please check out our Troubleshooting guide or call for assistance. Nearly all issues are solvable and we are happy to help! If a return/refund is the best solution, we will issue a return label and the agreed refund will be processed back to your card once the product is received.
